Pebble Ventures LLC may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pebble Ventures LLC website, services, or products, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Pebble Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with updates effective upon posting. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. User Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Pebble Ventures LLC a broad, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and distribute it, including for use in briefings or other services. Pebble Ventures LLC’s intellectual property—including all briefings, courses, tools, methodologies, and materials—is strictly protected. Pebble Ventures LLC reserves the right at all times to preserve any Content or to disclose any Content as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request or any good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms of Use; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Pebble Ventures LLC, its users and the public.

3. Digital Products, Subscriptions, and Content Distribution

All digital products, including briefings, courses, webinars, and related content, are for personal use only. Users may not share, modify, distribute, or commercialize Pebble Ventures LLC content without explicit permission. Content distributed via email, Zoom, or other platforms by Pebble Ventures LLC remains subject to these restrictions. Subscriptions are individual, and sharing login credentials or access to subscription-based content is prohibited. Unauthorized distribution of digital products or recordings, whether from the site or other platforms, may result in access termination and legal action.

4. Use of AI Content

Pebble Ventures LLC disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content provided in briefings, courses, webinars, or other services. AI insights may contain errors, biases, or omissions, and users should not rely solely on them for critical decision-making purposes. All AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties, either express or implied.

5. Liability Limitations

Pebble Ventures LLC’s total liability for any damages arising out of the use of its briefings, courses, webinars, services or content is limited to the amount paid by the user in the prior year or $100, whichever is less. Pebble Ventures LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including those arising from the use of AI-generated content or briefings.

6. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving the right to participate in class actions. Arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California, and both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Pebble Ventures LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property and other proprietary rights.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

Pebble Ventures LLC may reference third-party tools, links, or content within its briefings or other services. Pebble Ventures LLC disclaims any liability for the quality, reliability, or accuracy of third-party content and is not responsible for any third-party services linked to from its website or briefings. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.

8. Modifications

Pebble Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Continued use of the website, services, or products after modifications have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of Materials Located on This Site: Copyrights, Trademarks, and Restrictions

All materials published on the Site (including articles, images, audio, video, etc.) are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, or distributed without permission from Pebble Ventures LLC, except for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited. Any trademark, service mark, or trade name displayed on the site is the property of Pebble Ventures LLC or third parties. This Site or other third party platforms Pebble Ventures LLC uses may include chat areas, message boards, e-mail and other interactive functions ("Forums") which allow feedback and submissions to the Site and real-time interaction between users. Terms of Use directly applicable to use of such Forums include the following:

Takedown Provisions

TAKEDOWN PROVISIONS

Upon our receipt of a takedown notice materially complying with all of these requirements, we will remove, or cause to be removed, the identified materials. The individual that had posted such materials will then have an opportunity to demand reposting. You will receive notice of such if the individual properly requests reposting. Repeat offending websites, contributors (if any), or account holders (if any) will be terminated.

Purchase of Products and Services

Purchases made through Pebble Ventures LLC or its linked services are governed by the terms of the specific sales transaction. Pebble Ventures LLC makes no warranties regarding the quality or delivery of third-party products and services linked through the site. Pebble Ventures LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE QUALITY OF SUCH PRODUCTS/SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Jurisdictional Issues

The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal action must be filed in the courts located within San Francisco, California. Users accessing the site from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws.
